No. At present, iCheetah only accepts trucks owned by fleet company. Trucks owned by individual or managed by another fleet company cannot be accepted. Fleet company has to register on iCheetah platform by itself. Application cannot be done either by or for another fleet company. All documents of the registered trucks must conform to the fleet certificates.
